A frozen grinder is similar to a liquid nitrogen tissue grinder. Its principle is to first freeze a substance that is tough and difficult to crush at room temperature below the brittle point, and then grind it to the desired fineness in a tissue grinder without damaging the original ingredients. Moreover, flammable and explosive substances can also be crushed at low temperatures at room temperature, resulting in more significant effects.
The frozen grinder (an instrument used for low-temperature crushing of samples) has five major systems: sample grinding system, liquid nitrogen storage system, liquid nitrogen control system, circuit control system, insulation and cooling system, used for grinding heat sensitive substances, various animal and plant tissues, microorganisms, rubber, plastics, food, medicine, coal, oil shale, wax products, PE, PS, textiles, resins, and substances that are tough and difficult to crush at room temperature. It is to first freeze the above substances below the brittle point, and then grind them to the required fineness in a grinder, without damaging the original ingredients. Moreover, flammable and explosive substances can also be crushed at low temperatures at room temperature, resulting in more significant effects.
1、 Product features
1. Adopting the principle of electromagnetic vibration impact, the grinding speed is fast, the precision is high, the uniformity is good, and the repeatability is good;
2. Adopting a streamlined design that conforms to the principles of human dynamics, the operation is simple and convenient, and the color matching is beautiful and fashionable;
3. Easy to operate control panel, adjustable impact frequency, pre freezing time, impact grinding time, cycle grinding frequency, etc;
4. Adopting a liquid nitrogen automatic filling system to automatically replenish the liquid nitrogen consumed during sample freezing and grinding processes, ensuring the stability and safety of frozen grinding;
5. Safety performance design, when the instrument cover is in an open state, the instrument cannot be started; Only when the instrument cover is closed and locked can the instrument be started;
6. Multiple specifications of grinding cans and impact columns, suitable for a wider range of applications
7. We provide multiple sizes of grinding jars for customers to choose from, suitable for grinding various types of hard, medium hard, soft, brittle, elastic, and fibrous samples. In order to achieve better grinding results, it is necessary to choose an appropriate size of grinding tank based on the amount of grinding samples. It is recommended to fill the sample with 5% -25% of the grinding tank volume (depending on the characteristics of different samples).
2、 Operation steps of the frozen grinder
1. Manual operation: Manually immerse the adapter and grinding tank into the liquid nitrogen sample and quickly cool it down to -196 degrees. Prevent sample degradation or achieve changes in the physical properties of the sample before loading the adapter and grinding tank onto the grinder. Cover the safety cover and lock the safety lock for operation.
2. Automatic operation: Install the adapter and grinding can onto the grinder. Cover the safety cover, lock the safety lock for operation, open the liquid nitrogen connection device, start the liquid nitrogen delivery/or turn on the air refrigeration device (to achieve 0 degree cooling), turn on the liquid nitrogen control switch, and after the liquid nitrogen flows into the crushing tank, perform physical cooling. After about one minute, quickly cool down to -196 degrees and turn on the grinding button for operation. In just 15 seconds, the object instantly shatters. The liquid nitrogen flow rate can be fully controlled and can be filled at any time during operation.
